The cooler master hyper 212+ is a very good product. My CPU temp. is down to 28 c from 48 c before. Under load condition cpu temp shooted to 80 c before but now it is below 35 c. Only thing is that the height of the cooler is large hence make sure you have enough space in your ATX cabinet. It comes with a single 120 mm fan. I have connected another fan to increase heat transfer. I have used the thermal paste that came with it. The installation is a bit tricky. I had to remove the motherboard from Cooler Master elite 430 cabinet in order to fix the CPU cooler. Overall the item is good value for money.

very good cooler.silent.overclocked my e5400 to 3.7ghz..it still manages to keep temperature below 45.However installing it was hassle and it is a bit bulky.
The Box of this product was NOT SEALED and the box was quite battered as well. Though the contents were intact, I was certainly not pleased to receive an open box product. I will not be ordering from your website again.
