Received the product as it is. Without any damage. Good "In ear phone", good noise cancellation. I recommend this product to everyone who plans to order this product from IT DEPOT.

Pros :
1.Simply the best and awesome ear phone ....not even 0.1% of distortion even of full sound.
2. Whooping SUPERB BASS effect.
3. Crystal clear sound O/P.
4. Better than apple headphones and as good as expensive BOSE head phones.
5. Driver Units : 9mm Neodymium magnet transducer
6. Frequency Response : 6Hz ~ 23kHz ( which is best in it...even expensive sony/ philips or panasonic ear phones doesn’t have such a flexible frequency response.)
7.Noise isolation upto 90% even on low volume
8.1.2m of long cord length.
9.One year replacement warranty.
Cons :
1. Very fragile ...need to use it with care.

I got these ear phones with my dell laptop 3 yrs back. These were superb and crystal clear. I just love these ear phones. No matter , I loose them again, I will again order a new set.LOL
