The Delivery experience was smooth. After the payment was confirmed it took 1 day to ship the monitor and another 5 days for the monitor to reach from Chennai to Mumbai. Monitor came with it's original packaging box bubble wrapped with an outer box. 1K inr is a bit expensive for delivery charge but it's fine. Better to know that I'm paying 22K 1K for shipping than but it for 23K with free shipping. In the box, you get a Display Port cable, a HDMI cable, a USB cable (to connect monitor to your PC to control your monitor setting using OSD sidekick instead of the control button on the back of the monitor), power cable with an adapter that fits 16A socket (you'll probably need a 6A to 16A converter, available in a local store for 60-120~ Rs) There's a clip on the arm of the stand that holds the monitor that you'll have to remove before trying to adjust the height(refer the manual). I didn't see it there as it fit there flush with the arm inside the rail as if it was a part of the arm. Coming to the monitor, I've used it for 3 weeks now. Didn't see any dead pixels or white dots, has acceptable blooming around 3 corners and annoying edge light bleed on the top side which is visible in dark scenes only. Updating the firmware adds some QOL improvements like, the option to turn-off the bright white light on the power led on the front of the monitor. On Gigabyte's website you'll find the below information: Minimum guaranteed availability of spare parts and firmware update(until): 31 12 2022 Minimum guaranteed product support (until): 31 12 2025 I'll give it 5/5 starts once I test the monitor at 2k@144Hz with Display port.
The monitor journeyed from Chennai to Mumbai in 5~ days, came in good packaging, bubble wrap, outerbox and without any damage to the box. Just the delivery charge is a little expensive at 1k inr, but it's much better to know that the item is worth 22k + 1k for deliver rather than paying 23k with free shipping. In the box you get a Display Port cable, a HDMI cable and Power cable with adapter(16A plug for power cord and most sockets in India are 6A so you'll probably need a 6A to 16A converter plug) The monitor is what i expected it to be, No dead pixels, Acceptable blooming and some edge light bleeding. The height adjustment feature is very helpful, now I don't have to use old books to increase the height of the monitor. Update the firmware adds some QOL improvements like, the option to turn off the white bright light on power led on the front of the monitor. Overall, It's a good monitor for 22k.
