This is a Beast. . I am using it in GPU air duct of my HAF-X cabinet to keep one GTX 470 graphics card cool. It has minimum rotation of nearly 1500-1700 and max reaches ~3000 RPM. At max speed temperature drop on GPU is ~ 6 - 9 degrees. Make sure to tight it properly with vibration reducing washers. Excellent to use either as intake or exhaust fan.
move lots of air, the acoustic cost is unacceptable for silent PC enthusiasts. They are best used in high impedance loads, such as blowing air through tightly spaced.
