Supposed to be a fabulous product. But I am facing issue with this product. First of all m. 2 screw were fully tight and it's not easy to unscrew it as its getting wider and screw size is not as per standard. Second problem is all drives out of four only one getting detected in first day and 2nd drive detected in 1nd day but other 2 not shown in os or anywhere. Also did not include any tools manuals, all are written in Chinese.
